There's difference between winning, right

In the midst of all the extreme acrimony of this approaching holiday season of Thanksgiving and Christmas joy. I remember something I read only last month: "Being on the right side is not the same as being on the winning side." Someone can win an argument, a battle or a game and still be wrong. Being right in matters of faith far outweighs winning. When the love of God prevails. everyone wins.
