New Arlington Heights website to launch in spring

Arlington Heights officials plan to launch a new village website next spring intended to be more "citizen-centric."

According to the village the new website will merge the village website and the Discover Arlington site, which is used for marketing purposes. Officials say the new website will be easier to navigate, offering features for submitting village forms, permits and payments.

The village hired Civiclive to do the redesign, a firm that has been designing government websites for 15 years.

Officials are inviting residents to take a survey on what information, features or functions they would like to see. Visit surveymonkey.com/r/Arlington_Heights_Website_Survey.
