Home Grown Illustrator visits Hunting Ridge and Lincoln Elementary School

Joe Brottman visited his home town elementary school Hunting Ridge on November 10 and Lincoln Elementary School November 11 to share his new book, Peep. Peep is a children's book about a little bird and his journey through Ireland. He makes friends with a cute cow and a pig duo, but when a weird mishap switches his new friends' colors, the three are faced with understanding what it means to be different and learn what really matters. Joe engaged the students of all ages in his book talk, and demonstrated some of his illustration talents.
