Gurnee police start traffic safety crackdown

Gurnee police announced they have started a traffic safety crackdown that'll run through Monday, Nov. 28. Police said the initiative, launched Monday, will particularly focus on seat belt use, child-restraint compliance and impaired drivers. The extra attention to Gurnee's roadways will occur from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
