More electronic voting machines, please

Why is Cook County so stingy with electronic voting machines? Our polling place is a local school with a large gym where tables were set up for three precincts. I found many people waiting for the mere four electronic machines on hand. They did have many old-fashioned booths available for those folks like me who didn't want to wait. Or possibly those who prefer standing in a booth with a pen to darken the line from one side to the other. Better be sure it's dark enough and goes right up to the other side or your vote may be ineligible. Ridiculous. Can't we do better than this in 2016? Give us more electronics please.
