Arlington Heights seeking 4 men who stole 3 2016 cars

Arlington Heights police are continuing to investigate the subterfuge theft of three 2016 vehicles from a car rental agency on Oct. 29. Four men were involved.

One offender distracted the clerk at Advantage Rent a Car, 2170 Mannheim Road, with questions, while a second man took car keys out of a box near the front desk. The men stole a white 2016 Kia Sorrento, a gray 2016 Mazda 6 and a gray 2016 Hyundai Accent at about 6:35 p.m.

The first offender was described as a black male in his 20s, 5-foot-5, dark skin and wearing a black hoodie and black winter hat. The second offender was described as a black male in his 20s, 5-foot-9, with a scar or mark on the left side of his forehead and wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans. The third offender was described as a black male in his 20s, 5-foot-11, with a tattoo on his forehead and wearing a blue "True Religion" jump suit. The fourth offender was described as a black male in his 20s, 5-foot-5, and wearing a red/white/yellow track jacket and black hat.
