Passes for Ebertfest go on sale

One thousand passes go on sale today for the 19th annual Ebertfest, a five-day film festival to be held April 19 to 23 in downstate Champaign.
Passes cost $150, plus processing fees. Sales of individual movie tickets start April 1 and will be $15 for adults and $13 for students and seniors.

The festival was founded by Chicago Sun-Times film critic Roger Ebert, an Urbana native and Pulitzer Prize-winning writer who died in 2013.
