South Elgin Parks offers 'Indoor Movie Night' with 'Cars'

The South Elgin Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to an "Indoor Drive-In Movie" from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at Fox Meadow Elementary School, 1275 Jenna Drive in South Elgin.

Take your families to the movies - drive-in style. They will be showing the movie "Cars."

Before you come, find a cardboard box and decorate it - this is your car for the drive-in.

They will offer a contest for best car, most creative, and shiniest.

Space is limited and preregistration is required, so register early. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Bring blankets and chairs to sit on. Concessions will be open - outside food is welcome.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and movie starts at 7 p.m.
