Missner completes Skokie office

DES PLAINES - The Missner Group said that it has completed a 36,396-square-foot, $1.1 million office renovation for Generation Brands at 7400 Linder Avenue in Skokie.

Generation Brands is a leading lighting and ceiling fan company that serves the electrical wholesale, home improvement, home decor and building industries.

Construction included the addition of private offices, a production area, a large showroom, laboratories, training rooms as well as a video and photo room.

The Missner Group's Kent Nepras was the project manager and Bill Uchyn was the project superintendent. Gensburg Architects provided the architectural services.
