Comment on IDOT spending plan

The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking input on the development of the upcoming multiyear program for fiscal years 2017-2022. The MYP is a six-year plan that details how IDOT will prioritize the state's highway and bridge work. This year's proposed MYP includes more than $11 billion in projects, with more than $2 billion in projected spending for fiscal year 2017. The public can have input on the plan at webinars scheduled for 5:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, or, 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27.
