Grain mixed, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery was 8.20 cents higher at $4.05 a bushel; December corn was 3 cents higher at $3.40 bushel; December oats was 2 cents lower at $1.96 a bushel while November soybeans lost 4.60cents to $9.4060 a bushel.

Beef mixed and pork prices were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle was .03 cent higher at $.9678 a pound; October feeder cattle was .15 cent lower at $1.2185 pound; October lean hogs gained .25 cent to $.5263 a pound.
