Hoffman Estates to host night of Parisian food, wine

A new event hosted by the Hoffman Estates Sister Cities Commission will bring Paris to the village from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at the Sears Centre Arena, 5333 Prairie Stone Parkway.

"Paris: City of Lights" will bring guests a selection of French food, wine and liqueur. Explore a setting reminiscent of the streets of Paris, sampling the dishes France is famous for, including crepes, cheeses, meats, breads and pastries.

The cost is $40, which includes food, and beverages. For reservations and ticket information, call (847) 781-2611. Reservations will be accepted until Oct. 17.
