Arlington Heights first beer fest planned for Oct. 15

The Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its first annual Beer Fest.

Arlington on Tap, a new event sponsored by the chamber, will take place in downtown Arlington Heights from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15.

More than 70 varieties of beer will be available to sample, along with food tastings and other festivities. Tickets for people 21 and over can be purchased for $10 to $40 at http://arlingtonhcc.com/.
