Panhellenic group to host Supporting Our Scholars luncheon

Mark you calendars and join the Chicago Northwest Suburban Alumnae Panhellenic for its Supporting Our Scholars fall luncheon from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, at Ditka's Arlington Heights, 200 W. Euclid Ave., Arlington Heights. Tickets are $40.

The event includes a luncheon with your choice of three entrees, a stand-up comedy performance, a book signing by professional humorist and author Sally Edwards and a themed basket raffle, silent auction and Head or Tails raffle.

All proceeds go to the scholarships the Northwest Suburban Alumnae Panhellenic give out in the spring to high school seniors and college women who have joined a sorority.

Last year, the organization gave out six, $1,500 scholarships to high school ladies and 10 $500 scholarships to collegians.
