Maine West school spirit on ABC 7 this Friday

Maine West High School spirit will be on display early Friday morning when students, cheerleaders, band members and other Warriors fans will be seen on ABC 7 Chicago's morning news.

In addition to interviews with administrators and students at the Des Plaines school, the station's chopper will show live aerial shots of student formations on the football field. The station's "Friday Flyover" segments are scheduled to air between 5:30 and 7 a.m.

The TV appearance is part of the school's Homecoming Week, which includes a football game Friday night and culminates with a dance Saturday night.
