District 59 seeks community advisory committee members

Elk Grove Township Elementary District 59 is accepting applications for two-year terms on the superintendent's community advisory committee.

Applicants should provide a description of their background/experience related to curriculum, assessment, instruction, student services, professional development, communications and/or strategic planning, officials said. Meetings are typically held on the fourth Monday of every month at 5 p.m. for two hours.
