Thanks for support of MAP grants

I'm excited to return to the University of Illinois at the start of this new semester. In the year ahead, I hope our legislators address higher education affordability.

I'm glad that my state senator, Tom Cullerton, has my back, and fought to fully fund MAP Grants. All legislators have to realize that investment in students and colleges is an investment in the future.
