Program makes sense

Not too long ago, a reader submitted a criticism of a program which was to teach young drivers what is expected when having been pulled over by a police officer. On Sept. 8, newspapers reported that in 2017 a new law will go into effect which mandates that procedure in high school driver's education, and for private driving schools. I fail to see how anyone could disagree with a program which preceded what will now become law.
