Appeal your Property Taxes!

Palatine Township residents can file an appeal to their property taxes (the equalized assessed property value) now through October 5th. A reduction in the EAV of your home can help reduce property taxes. The Palatine Township assessor's Office can assist in finding comparable properties and in filing all the proper paperwork.

Also, On Tuesday September 20th a seminar led by Board of Review Commissioner Dan Patlak will be held at the Rolling Meadows Holiday Inn. This seminar is "How To File A Property Tax Appeal With The Board Of Review" and will begin at 6:30pm. Call 847-358-6164 with any questions.
