District 54 hosts internet safety seminar Sept. 20

Schaumburg Township Elementary District 54's Schaumburg Parent University will kick off the 2016-17 season with a free session on internet safety from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, at the district's Professional Learning Center, 522 E. Schaumburg Road in Schaumburg.

The presentation will be divided into two rooms - one for parents and guardians, and one for third- through eighth-grade students.

The presentation will be offered in English only. Free child care is available.
