25N Coworking opens facility in Arlington Heights

GENEVA - 25N Coworking announces it will open an 11,000 square foot space at One Arlington, a luxury apartment community in Arlington Heights.

25N Coworking provides collaborative workplaces as an alternate to working from a standard office, home, coffee shop, or other public space. 25N Coworking has work and meeting spaces with flexible plans that allow "members" to pick daily, weekly, or monthly packages in open flexible, dedicated, or private spaces for any individual or team size.

The space is staffed with community managers whose responsibilities include greeting guests, provide catering and concierge services and make sure the coffee is always hot. 25N Coworking offers workspace services 24/7.

"The average coworking member globally makes at least six useful connections within the first two months of coworking, and their companies do better within the first three months," said Founder and CEO Mara Hauser. "25N Geneva members have far exceeded these averages, and the impact to the surrounding local business community has been exceptional."

25N Coworking started operations in 2013, with its first location in Geneva. Designed to be the flagship and prototype for future locations, 25N Coworking in Geneva sold out of private office spaces within one month after opening its doors in February 2015.

"The second location for 25N Coworking will definitely carry our brand, image and professional environment, but will be different," said Hauser. "The goals for each space are to pick up the vibe of each local community, and for our location at One Arlington in the Arlington Downs project, 25N Coworking is going to be the rock-n-roll version with concrete, steel, glass, and 18-foot high ceilings."
