Simple solution: Vote them all out

Apparently, it seems that the Illinois Supreme Court knows what's best for Illinois citizens. Their recent decision to overrule the chance for the Independent Map Agreement referendum, implying in part that voters are unable to understand the wording of the referendum.

Well, is it because of the complex legalese English that the legislature lawyers use intentionally? Is there a problem with proposed bills that are clearly and precisely worded in everyday English?

What happened to "of the people, by the people and for the people" or has this now become the domain of the elected lawyers?

Simple solution, vote them all out come November. Give the state government back to the people.
