Let's update amendment

Many years ago, our forefathers wrote an amendment to the Constitution called the Second Amendment - the right to bear arms - for a well-regulated militia. Today, that well-regulated militia phrase is interpreted by politicians as "anybody" older than five years. Technology has changed weaponry from muskets to ARs and beyond anything the writers could have imagined. So let's update this amendment to include hand grenades, flame throwers, bazookas, etc. All this to protect citizens' rights for self-defense. The NRA and the politicians it buys would surely defend this right for self- protection.
