Seats are still available for the 2016 State of the City/State of the Village addresses Sept. 9 by Prospect Heights Mayor Nick Helmer and Wheeling President Dean Argiris, sponsored by the Wheeling/Prospect Heights Chamber of Commerce. The luncheon will offer the latest news on recent and upcoming developments in the business community and real estate industry, which affects the local economies.
