Elgin Township accepting grant applications

Elgin Township encourages local social service agencies that serve township residents to apply for upcoming grant funding.

Social service funding applications are currently available on the township website at www.elgintownship.com.

Applications are due Friday, Oct. 7.

Applications may dropped off or mailed to the Elgin Township office, 729 S. McLean Blvd., Elgin, IL 60123. Please include six copies of applications. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Agency representatives are encouraged to be present for any questions at the Nov. 7 board meeting at 6 p.m. but it is not mandatory. Grants will be awarded in November and funding available in December. For details, call (847) 741-2045 or visit www.elgintownship.com.
