IDEX completes acquisition of SFC Koenig

LAKE FOREST - IDEX Corp. has completed its acquisition of SFC Koenig AG.

Headquartered in Dietikon, Switzerland, SFC Koenig produces engineered expanders and check valves for critical applications across the transportation, hydraulic, aviation and medical markets.

"SFC Koenig's highly engineered content and deep customer relationships are an excellent fit with the IDEX operating model," said IDEX Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Andy Silvernail.
