Adelphia Properties arranges sale restaurants in Morton Grove, Lombard

MORTON GROVE - Adelphia Properties recently brokered the sale of Seven Brothers Restaurant, a landmark restaurant that has been operating for over 35 years in Morton Grove.

The transaction closed in 60 days from start to finish, which included the business & real estate. Financial terms were not announced.

Adelphia Properties also arranged the sale of Omega Restaurant, a restaurant that has been operating for over 15 years, located in Lombard near Yorktown Mall. The transaction closed in 30 days from start to finish.

Adelphia Properties represented the buyers and sellers in both transactions. Financial terms were not announced.
