Vernon Hills 8, Grayslake North 1: Olivia Jazbutis won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles, and the Cougars won all their matches in two sets.

Stevenson 7, Buffalo Grove 0: The Patriots cruised in the nonconference match.

Glenbrook North 6, Libertyville 1: The Wildcats (0-2) received their only win from Tanvi Patel, who captured a 6-2, 6-1 decision at No. 1 singles.
