Des Plaines River Watershed planning group meets

The Des Plaines River Watershed Planning Committee will meet from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18 at the North Shore Water Reclamation District office, 14770 William Koepsel Drive, Gurnee. Topics include wastewater treatment plants, upstream/downstream monitoring and green infrastructure.
