Batavia crash victim's name released

The man killed in a crash Aug. 4 in Batavia has been identified.
He is Justin Retherford Speer, age 20, of Oswego, according to the Kane County Coroner's Office.
The preliminary cause of death is multiple injuries.
Speer was riding a motorcycle north on Randall Road when a southbound vehicle turned left onto Main, and the two collided. Both had a green light, according to Batavia police.
The accident is being investigated by the Kane County Accident Reconstruction Team.
