See Michael Moore's film 'Where to Invade Next' Friday in Elgin

See Michael Moore's 2015 documentary "Where to Invade Next" at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12, at Highland Avenue Church of the Brethren, 783 W. Highland Ave. in Elgin. Light refreshments will be served.

It offers a look at various issues facing America today - the gender pay gap, obesity in young people, student loan debt, and others - and finds solutions in unlikely places. The film uses humor to examine how other countries have successfully dealt with important social problems.
