Rauner right on term limits

Gov. Bruce Rauner's editorial on "Term Limits" which appeared in the Opinion section of the Daily Herald July 28 should appear on the front page of every news paper in Illinois. The courts and the political powers in government have overstepped on the feelings of Illinois people for too long. It is time to stop this foolishness. "Enact Term Limits."
