Lee & Associates Negotiates Sale of Bedford Park warehouse

BEDFORD PARK - Lee & Associates has negotiated the sale of a 74,320 square foot warehouse building at 7373 S. Lockwood Avenue in Bedford Park.

Principal Walter Murphy of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, GD Carriers, Inc. The seller in the agreement, Eljay Realty Associates, was represented by Jack Cozzie and Jim Cummings, both of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
