Lee & Associates brokers lease on Lockport warehouse

LOCKPORT - Lee & Associates has negotiated a new lease transaction for 166,092 square feet of warehouse/distribution space in Lockport at 16410 S. John Lane Crossing.

Principal Walter Murphy of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, Illinois Industrial Tool in the transaction. The landlord in the agreement, Lockport 355 Owner LLC (Panattoni Development), was represented by Mark Barbato of Nicolson, Porter & List, Inc.
