Adelphia Properties sells former Grandma Sally's restaurant site

NAPERVILLE - Adelphia Properties said it has sold the former Grandma Sally's restaurant site consisting, of.71 acres in Naperville.

Terms of the sale were not announced

The property was sold to a local National fast-food user operator. Adelphia Properties' Simeon Spirrison, CCIM & George Spirrison, CCIM of Adelphia properties represented the seller.

The site is situated on the Ogden Avenue commercial retail/office corridor, offering high vehicle traffic counts with frontage & visibility.
