Moments from Thursday and the opening day of play at the International Crown women's professional team golf tournament on the LPGA Tour.
Each of eight national teams consist of four golfers, for a total of 32 golfers for the entire event at the Merit Club in Gurnee, Illinois.
The United States teams lost both of their four-ball matches to the England teams on the first day of the tournament while Taiwan swept Australia on Thursday.
Lexi Thompson and Cristie Kerr lost 2-and-1 to Holly Clyburn and Jodi Ewart Shadoff, while Stacy Lewis and Gerina Piller were defeated by Charley Hull and Melissa Reid by the same score.
