Why isn't press questioning interest conflict?

Why have so few in the press asked questions about when Clinton was secretary of state, her husband, the former president, speaking fees rose quite a lot. Then not long after, policy changes were made by the State Department that favored the country or corporation that the president was paid huge sums to give a speech.

Some examples include lifting the ban on sales of communication equipment to Iran after the former president gave a speech to Erikkson Communications. Also the sale of US uranium to Russia after another speech by the former president. There are many others.

I would think the press would at the least ask questions and follow the money.
