Slavia Prague signs Van Kessel, top striker in Slovakia

PRAGUE (AP) - Slavia Prague says it has signed striker Gino van Kessel, the top scorer in Slovakia the last season.
Slavia says the 23-year-old van Kessel received a contract until the end of 2018-19 season.
Van Kessel was born in Alkmaar, Netherlands, but has played for the national team of Curacao since last year.
He moves to Slavia from Slovak club Trencin after he scored 17 goals last season.
