Third Tuesday Supper to feature 'Festive Advent' menu

This month's Third Tuesday Supper will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Dec. 20 at the United Methodist Church of Geneva, 211 Hamilton St. It is free and open to all.

The menu for the "Festive Advent Supper" will be roast pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, hot vegetable du jour, warm cinnamon apples, and rolls, as well as the popular 24-foot dessert table featuring holiday-themed goodies. Hot dogs and carrots with dip are always available as an alternative meal. They will be preparing 600 meals of the featured menu and apologize if you arrive and they have made some substitutions.

Dinner is served on both the first floor and the second-floor elevator-accessible dining hall.

Anyone wishing to donate money to the supper program can do so by sending a check to the church office marked Third Tuesday Suppers, or donating in The Quiet Can that sits on the beverage table on supper night.
