Grain mixed, livestock mostly lower
CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery was .25 cent a bale lower at $4.16 a bushel; July corn was .50 cent lower at $3.473 bushel; July oats was 13.50 cents higher at $2.5020 a bushel; while July soybeans gained 10.50 cents to $10.9340 a bushel.
Beef lower and pork prices were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
August live cattle was 1.08 cents lower at $1.0828 a pound; August feeder cattle was 2.35 cents lower at $1.3710 pound; July lean hogs gained .48 cent to $.8010 a pound.
