Exel signs lease for facility in Joliet

JOLIET - Lee & Associates negotiated a new lease at 2520 W. Haven Ave., Joliet.

Exel Inc. leased a total of 205,920 square feet of warehouse space in the 411,840 square foot facility.

Principal Walter Murphy of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Hillwood Development in the transaction. The tenant was represented by Dan McGillicuddy and Charlie Kenning of Jones Lang LaSalle.
