Corporate Strategies & Solutions hires business development associate

Bill Bartlett, owner and CEO of Corporate Strategies & Solutions, Inc., a Sandler Training Center, in Naperville has hired Sean Bergan as a business development associate.

Bergan spent his initial time with Corporate Strategies as an intern while receiving his degree in Business Administration/Marketing and Philosophy at Aurora University. During his internship, he polished his skills along the entire client spectrum; focusing on keeping, attaining, recapturing and expanding the business. Most significantly, Bergan honed the desire to listen, learn and understand what problems his clients are facing and how he can bridge the gap to success.

Bergan has worked with an array of business leaders and sales professionals in the Chicago area to not only drive successful behaviors in their professional lives, but in their personal lives as well. His main focus has been on empowering millennial sales forces to thrive by giving millennial managers the tools to lead, motivate and develop their teams.

Prior to joining CS&S, Bergan has been a leader in multiple philanthropic organizations for over eight years.
