Calling in my 'loan'
Please return my money. During 2015, I was a bit foolish to loan the state some extra funds in the form of excessive tax withholding payments. Unfortunately, the state has failed to repay my loan in a timely manner. I filed my request for payment (i.e., my tax return) over two months ago. This money is not part of your budget and therefore should not be delayed by the ridiculous behavior of all involved in the bureaucratic management of the state. The money belongs to me. Therefore, I am calling my loan immediately. Please repay it immediately.
