Plenty of fests to pick from in the Northwest suburbs

Meanwhile, Frontier Days in Arlington Heights, the biggest of the weekend festivals in the Northwest suburbs, continued to roll along.

Major festivals also were underway in Barrington, Bartlett, Mount Prospect and Palatine. Details on those and other holiday weekend events in the Northwest suburbs are online and in the Neighbor section.
