Prospect Heights parks host scavenger hunt

The Prospect Heights Park District is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a Family Parks Scavenger Hunt throughout the month of July.

Pick up your "Celebrating 50 in the Parks" passport at the Gary Morava Recreation Center, 110 W. Camp McDonald Road, to start looking for 50 fun trivia facts hidden there, at the parks, and at Old Orchard Country Club.

Find the trivia facts, write down the answer on the passport and return it to the front desk. Prizes will be awarded to all participants.
