World Youth Day Chicago event to be held in Des Plaines

The Young Adult Ministry of the Chicago Archdiocese is organizing a local overnight event in conjunction with World Youth Day 2016. The local event will be held at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1170 N. River Road in Des Plaines, from 5 p.m. Saturday, July 30 to 3 p.m. Sunday, July 31. This event is open to everyone, especially those unable to travel to Kraków, Poland for World Youth Day. The Theology on Tap Finale also will be held at the Shrine on Sunday.
