Indiana bicentennial quilt on display at Statehouse

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - An Indiana bicentennial quilt will remain on display at the Statehouse through July 11.

The quilt made by Gloria Klutzke of Tippecanoe County and called "Migrations Over the Crossroads of America" was unveiled Monday.

Klutzke tells WLFI-TV (http://bit.ly/293qkaj ) she wanted to pay homage to all inhabitants of the state throughout its history and its flora and fauna.

Indiana first lady Karen Pence notes the quilt has details such as footprints that represent the Underground Railroad and the state's topography.
