Get rabies shots for pets Wednesday in Elk Grove

The Cook County Department of Animal & Rabies Control is holding a rabies vaccine clinic Wednesday, June 29, at the Elk Grove Park District Pavilion.

The rabies shot is available to dogs, cats and ferrets that are three months of age or older. A one-year rabies vaccine for dogs and cats is $7, a three-year vaccine is $21, and a one-year vaccine for ferrets is $9. Only cash or checks will be accepted.
