Small sitting area appropriate for quiet spot

I would like to win because the area that I laid down some concrete tile on is looking tired and worn. I'm sure a lot can be done with this space, which is only 12-by-7 feet, by someone creative. Thanks for having this contest.

This small space with concrete blocks for a patio serves no function at the present time.

Suggestions:

• Add two small chairs and a table to set a cocktail on while you relax in quiet.

• A patterned umbrella will create shade and liven up the dull color.

• An area rug will help from making the ground appear so choppy, as well as add some style.
