Indiana family seeks answers after man's police run-in death

GREENWOOD, Ind. (AP) - Relatives of a central Indiana man who died following a confrontation with police are seeking answers in his death.

Thirty-year-old Charlie Todero died Saturday after being removed from life support at a hospital where he had been in a coma following his May 29 run-in with police in Greenwood, just south of Indianapolis.

Police say the Trafalgar man was walking in and out of traffic and behaving dangerously.

James Todero says his brother was upset and grieving their father's recent death.

He tells the (Franklin) Daily Journal (http://bit.ly/1Ut1ujx ) that hospital staff told relatives that police used a stun gun on his brother.

Todero says among the questions the family wants answered is how many times officers stunned him and why and whether dash-cam or body cameras captured the confrontation.
